DJs

The Crown Courtyard Stage is our go-to venue for all our DJs. We want to cater for some musical styles that don’t always get represented on our live music stages. From laidback soul, reggae and ska to classic synth-pop and current dance music. Here are the superstar DJs you can look forward to seeing at this year’s FollyFest.

  • Los Amigos DJ Big Boss Groove grew up 10 miles from Coventry which meant Two Tone was everywhere. The Jam, Dexys, The Style Council, The Housemartins & Northern Soul were standard fare on my stereo. Quadrophenia was the staple film. Enter Psychobilly (Meteors & King Kurt) from Scooter Runs on my PX180 Vespa along with [...]

  • In Los Amigos DJ Bradders’ teenage years, there was a strange pressure to choose between (and dress accordingly) Rock and Rave. Her natural choice was Rock, progressing into metal, and is what she spent many days listening to on her Sony Walkman! Nowadays, she loves a Saturday night throwback, pumping out tunes from artists such [...]

  • Los Amigos DJ Carter The Unstoppable Decks Machine.

  • Los Amigos DJ Charlie Mann

  • Dean Webber, better known as Dizzy Dean is well known around this part of Oxfordshire for playing amazing sets in local clubs and bars. For FollyFest this year, you can look forward to Dean spinning our headline electronic dance slot from 9.30-11pm on Saturday night on the Crown Stables Stage.

  • Los Amigos DJ Dee can be guaranteed to bring some classic 70s and 80s disco/soul/funk vibes to any event she participates in.  Favourite artists include the likes of female disco divas like Tina Turner, Donna Summer, Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, etc. but she also plays a wide variety of male-led acts too, especially from the [...]

  • Los Amigos DJ Del Boyo is well known in the local music scene and community, mainly because of his singing and bass-playing in several local rock/indie covers bands over the years (Hyperbolics, NMG, Retro Revival, Parabolics, Emergency Banter, etc.) and now more recently with The Amplifiers and Rocket Rebels. He also frequently entertains (or at [...]

  • At just 15, DJ Stanley Dodson is quickly becoming a standout name in the local DJ circuit. His sets blend banging house tracks with timeless house classics, always tuned to the energy of the crowd. Young, talented, and rapidly rising — he’s definitely one to watch for the future.

  • Local DJ and LEGO fan Martin Long is Doctor Block, and will be spinning another Club 80s set. Party like it’s 1989 and dance to club and dancefloor classics from the best electronic, synth-pop and new wave bands from the era.

  • Los Amigos DJ Echoman.

  • Hot off the back of last year’s FollyFest, James Turner returns to Our House! The now-famous Crown courtyard becomes the hottest dance floor in town and James will be tearing up the dance floor from 8pm to 9.30pm. Strap yourself in for an hour and half of disco-laced house cranked up to eleven!  As always, [...]

  • Los Amigos DJ KEHOE is no stranger to closing the FollyFest Sunday in the Crown Courtyard.  Expect a full-on 90s dance set to burn your last drop of energy as the festival comes to a close.

  • Mike and Al are excited about returning to the Crown Courtyard on the Friday night of FollyFest for the fourth year running.  They forged their musical connection in Oxford in the early 90s and are more than happy to join forces again this year to play an upbeat vinyl set containing soul, funk, reggae and [...]

  • Guest Amigo Monty Glen will be making their FollyFest debut by opening proceedings on Friday in the Crown Courtyard.  A well-travelled musician and DJ, Monty Glen’s sets are a genre-bending blend of music from all over the world.  Expect nothing less than an hour of groovy goodness and boogie inducing delight. • Guest Amigo Neil Dwerryhouse is better known as The Man with STEREO Hands but for this year at FollyFest, he's bringing a selection of his beloved vinyl collection to open up Saturday on the DJ stage.  We can't wait to hear what he has in store for our ears.

  • Los Amigos DJ Samuel Cordery is a vinyl DJ with a passion for the unexpected. Drawing from a collection that spans the infectious energy of funk, soul and acid jazz, along with rock and blues - his sets are built around great records rather than fixed genres. Expect warm grooves, deep cuts and the occasional [...]

  • The School Disco at FollyFest 2025 turned out to be way more fun that we expected.  DJ Doctor Block abandons any sense of what is cool to spin the tunes we love when we're a few beverages into the day.  No serious dance tunes, no hard rock, just incredible sing-along tracks that everyone knows to [...]
